合同首页和标题

一、合同名称

一般情况下，没有问题；但不意味着，这里不重要，相反“合同名称”或者文章“标题”都非常重要，如果翻错，会立刻招来发稿人或者客户的反应。

例如：

（先让学生自己翻译，然后再给出答案）

concession agreement ：特许经营协议

总结： 核心是切忌望文生义，必要时，要等阅读完翻译完整个合同后，再决定合同名称

二、合同首页

1 、 confidential ：

1 ） 出现在合同首页右上角位置时：机密文件

2 ） 在保密条款中：保密，保密信息

举例：

（ 1 ） Each Party shall treat as strictly confidential and shall not disclose to any third party the content or the fact of this Agreement or any information received from the other Party which relates to the Project, provided, however, that each Party may disclose such information to its directors, employees, affiliates and any outside consultants with a clear need to know such information in order for such Party to carry out its work in relation to the Project. 【 Source: 】

2 、 draft 1 ： 第 1 稿 （“ draft ”单独一个词，译为“草稿”）； final transaction document( 交易文件定稿 / 最终稿）
